Party Pending coordinates recurring Discord polls and an organizer-owned private Calendar. Availability supporters are not guaranteed attendees. Organizers attest game playability. Capacity includes every supporter; no seat allocation or ownership matching.

No quorum, insufficient runway, loss of eligibility, provider outages or ambiguous writes can abort a cycle or miss publication. We do not promise eventual booking. Calendar publication must be confirmed before the one-hour cutoff; historical events found later are cleanup-only.

HTTP-only health checks have a healthy-provider observation bound of 17 minutes, not instantaneous revocation. In-flight sends cannot always be recalled. Remote races are reconciled, not magically locked.

One series, ordinary text channel, participant role and dedicated Calendar per guild. Up to 50 opted-in humans, 12 candidate instants and 20 enabled games. No billing, LLMs, DMs, participant web accounts, RSVP, guest emails or post-publication edits.

Contact your organizer or the private-pilot operator. Pause stops future polls. Cancel unwanted Calendar events before disconnect. Inspect Google settings to recover an ambiguous calendar creation; never assume absence means an insert failed.
