Party Pending

For the group chat that never picks a date

Less ‘when’s everyone free?’ More game night.

Party Pending handles the weekly “when are we playing?” in Discord. Your friends vote on a night and a game. The bot handles reminders, breaks ties, and posts the plan—without you chasing everyone.

Plan our next game night

Private pilot. Friends vote in Discord; this site is for the organizer.

$20 a year for your whole group. One person pays. Everyone plays.

Planned launch price. Billing is not live; there’s no checkout.

Less back-and-forth, every week

Set it up once.
Keep game night going.

Pick the days your group could play and add your games. Every week or every two weeks, Party Pending runs the votes and reminders in Discord. You don’t have to start the same conversation all over again.

Friends vote where they already hang out. The final time and game land in the chat, with a private group calendar for keeping track. If there aren’t enough votes or no night works, the bot lets you know.

No Administrator permission. No reading your personal calendar.

You choose the Discord channel. Google Calendar access is limited to calendars the app creates—your personal calendar stays out of it.

Setup details

One organizer sets up one channel and one participant role, with up to 50 opted-in people and 20 games. Friends use /join, /leave, and /night. Marking a date means you can play, not that you promise to attend.

Tied votes get a limited number of tiebreaker rounds, then a random pick from the remaining leaders. Not enough votes or no date that works means no booking.

The bot requests channel visibility, sending, embeds, and message history—never Administrator. Google consent uses OpenID to verify your account and Calendar access limited to app-created calendars. No personal-calendar scanning, guest emails, or automatic sharing.

The calendar is private. Friends don’t need a Google account to see the plan in Discord. Disconnecting leaves existing events; revoking Google access account-wide affects every Discord server connected through that Google account.
